This session focuses on refining every aspect of a competitor’s posing routine to showcase their physique at its best.

What you'll learn:
✅ Precision in mandatory poses for your category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, etc.)
✅ Smooth transitions between poses for a polished presentation
✅ How to highlight strengths and minimize weaknesses through strategic posing
✅ Breathing techniques to maintain control and grace on stage
✅ Common posing mistakes and how to correct them

Who is this for?
Perfect for competitors at all levels looking to refine their technique and enhance their presentation. 
We will cover all federation PCA, FITX, NPC, NABBA, WABBA, PCA...etc  - but we WILL NOT cover fitness model style federations like Pure Elite, FMG, FMC, WBFF, MIAMI PRO... 

Stage Presence Mastery

Stage presence is about more than just posing—it’s about how you carry yourself and captivate the judges.

Perfect for beginners looking to enter their first competition or experienced competitors who want a complete stage-prep refresher.

On the top of posing classes we will take short educational breaks where you will learn:

- What the judges are looking for - from our "VIP" experienced judges and coaches

- NATTY or NOT we will have an open debate with our guests who has years of experiences competing as natural or not natural athletes and they have experience in coaching both ways

- DO and DON'TS when it come to TAN & MAKE UP

- Shoes & Heels advice from our experienced figure competitor guest

- Bikini, style, colour advice - DO and DON'TS
