Have you done any other sport before you started compete in fitness bikini?

It was always my dream to compete in a bikini competition and I finally stepped on the stage in December 2020. When I was younger I was doing lots of running.

What was the reaction of your friends and family when you decided to compete?

I think my family and friends were really surprised when I told them I wanted to compete but they knew I had been working hard and were really supportive.

Do you remember your first time on stage?

It was a really tough year for athletes in 2020 with all the competition dates getting changed, delayed or cancelled, but when I finally stepped on the stage I was very excited and loved every single minute of it! And on top of that I won first place in FIT Mum and BIKINI OVER 35 category, second place in BIKINI Model and OVERALL FEMALE PROFESSIONAL BRITISH Champion 2020

What was / is your biggest success on stage or in personal life ?

I consider this and birthing my two children at home without pain relief a biggest achievements so far Committing yourself to competing requires lots of dedication, consistency and time! And if you are a mum then lots of mum guilt as well

How often do you practice your posing ?

I try to practice posing as much as possible, mainly whilst cooking dinner around the kitchen lol .

Do you have any favorite bikini colour? 

I love all the colors of competing bikini but my favorite designs are ombre style bikinis  I would highly recommend Bikini BKB and bikini_mama not only as coach but as a designer for competing bikinis too. Each bikini Bikini BKB moms team produce are product of love and lots of passion for what they do. They create stunning designs especially Diva styles

Do you have any other hobbies outside work and gym?

Apart from work and gym I love travelling! My dream is to do round the world tour one day
