When did you start to compete and WHY?
September 2017. As a bikini athlete. However I started competing as a beauty Queen in 1999.
Why: I love the stage ! I was born to perform. Competing is giving me more opportunities within my own career. My own journey on stage is making me a stronger coach to others and without doing it myself, how can I prepare others to look at there best. 
Have you done any other sports before?
No
What was the reaction of your friends and family when you decided to compete?
All my closet family and friends are very supportive and encouraging me to keep fighting to be a Champion. Although Not all are supportive. I have learnt to surround myself with those that are positive and cut out the ones that drag you down. 
Do you remember your first time on stage?
Yes, 02 Arena MISS WORLD 2000. 
What changed since?
A lot, I have Two beautiful children and now I am a Bikini Athlete.
Which did you competition you enjoy the most and why?
The challenge physically and mentally that comes with being a successful bikini athlete. 
What was / is your biggest success on stage or in personal life ?
Winning Miss England and representing the UK in Miss World 2000.
What do you think girls should know before they will hit the competition stage?
Don’t enter yourself into to a bikini contest until you have done your homework. It’s not all about putting on sparkly bikinis , make up and doing your hair. To become a successful bikini athlete it takes investment time, money and lifestyle commitments. If competing is going to be your hobby, be prepared to be committed. Many come and go but many stay for the next season. They are the ones that come back each year as a stronger competitor. Best investment I ever made was hiring a professional coach. I wasted years believing I can do this myself. Sorry but what was I thinking. The best way is to be accountable to someone who pushes you outside of the boxes. I have a coach and I am a coach. “ coaches have coaches “

Why, because she works so hard to achieve her status within the industry. 24/7 committed to her goals. Allison has a well balanced bikini physique. Which I inspire to have.
How was your last prep and how did you manage your diet?
Last prep , starting April 2018. In prep for Manchester PCA September 6th. British finals October. Currently reverse dieting post show. In preparation for The world Championships May 24th 2020. My prep was long and hard this season. The PCA are looking for hard and lean athletes. Managing my Nutrition comes hand in hand. It’s difficult at times but manageable with the right influences around me.
How often do you practice your posing ?
When in Prep for a show , every day. Off season during my training sessions in the gym .

Blue
Would you recommend us as bikini designer and why?
100%. My clients are dazzling beauty’s because of your beautiful designs.
What is your next plans?
In preparation for The World championships, May 24th 2020.
Do you have any other hobbies outside work and gym?
I am a Full time Mum, I don’t have time for hobbies. I spend my spare time with my Boys.
